As the only Law School in West Virginia, the West Virginia University College of Law is committed to providing legal services to West Virginia.

The College of Law provides direct legal representation on a variety legal issues ranging from family law to small business support through our Law Clinics. For more information on receiving direct services, please visit the WVU Law Clinics page.

The Center for Law and Public Service provides law students with the opportunity to engage in direct advocacy and legal volunteer opportunities.
